These terms govern your use of www.mrdecorator.co.uk, operated by Mr Decorator, a sole trader. By using the site you accept these terms. How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Mr Decorator is an introduction service. We put homeowners in contact with independent, vetted tradesmen. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a tradesman, and we do not carry out the work ourselves.
We take reasonable steps to verify the tradesmen on our platform (identity, insurance and reviews). However, you remain responsible for satisfying yourself that a tradesman is suitable — including confirming quotes, insurance, guarantees and references — before engaging them.
Requesting quotes is free for homeowners. There is no obligation to accept any quote.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You must not submit false requests, misuse the form, or attempt to disrupt the site. Submitting the quote form requires you to actively tick a consent box confirming you're happy for your details to be passed to matched tradesmen — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves and how to withdraw consent.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or workmanship of any tradesman, or for any agreement made between you and a tradesman. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
